Prior to meeting my soul mate, I had been in a loving relationship for two years. While on the outside everything appeared to be wonderful, on the inside, I had a gnawing sense that something was still missing. Something just didn’t fully “click,” even though we were happy together.  We both felt it and had talked about it openly and we waited and hoped that whatever wasn’t clicking would one day click… but it didn’t. So after two years of waiting and hoping, we decided it was time to move on and perhaps open ourselves up to finding something that did “click”.

So we parted ways, two weeks before my 36th birthday.  I don’t know about you, but birthdays always make me look at where I am in my life and where I thought I’d be by that particular age.  And being single, without my true love by my side, was definitely NOT where I thought I’d be at 36! I know 36 is not old by any stretch of the imagination, but considering I had actively sought out to find him at the age of 17, it sure seemed like a long time had passed!

Finding true love seemed to be an elusive dream though, as year after year I dated one guy after another, none of them a perfect match. And some of them not even remotely close to it, yet I still dated them (for reasons I still don’t understand)!

But I digress. Back to my story…

I had read all the articles and books, taken all the online quizzes and tests and followed all the advice from anyone and everyone who offered it and yet, still no soul mate.

I was tired of doing all the external “stuff” they tell you to do, like going to bars, meeting more people, online dating, etc.

And I was tired of doing all the internal “stuff” they tell you to do about yourself, like taking personal inventory, digging up old unconscious beliefs that might be holding me back from meeting the love of my life, being more open and receptive to love, etc.  

And most of all, I was tired of hearing that I had to love myself before anyone can love me and that I had to learn to be whole and complete first before my soul mate would come. While on an intellectual level it made sense, my experience told me differently.  I saw other people, friends and family of mine and even coworkers, who were with their soul mates and yet, I KNEW they didn’t feel whole or complete, nor did they love themselves any more than I loved myself.

Life is NOW. And I could have my soul mate NOW.

It wasn't until I had that powerful realization that everything fell into place for me.

I went through my entire arsenal of tools that I use in my personal life and my work to help others achieve their dreams and I focused in a way I’ve never focused before to create what I want… and create it fast! I knew these were proven tools, that they worked, but now I wanted something to work FAST. I needed something that would bypass all that psychological "stuff" that took years to work through. I wanted to get on the fast track to manifesting my soulmate. I din't want another birthday celebration to pass by without the man of my dreams sitting across the dinner table from me.

The funny thing is, after we started dating, we discovered that we had both been in the same theater watching the same play on the same night a few months prior to meeting each other!
